Irma Rodriguez is a financial planner with Employee Retirement Services since 2015. She has an extensive background in Sales Management, Customer Service, and the Healthcare Industry. She began her insurance career in 2008. With a total of over 20 years’ experience, she is working towards making a difference in people’s lives by structuring Financial/Retirement/Income Plans to meet their goals and visions. She is certified as a 403B/457 advisor. 

Irma is married to Reynaldo, Retired SFC of the US Army. In 32 years of marriage, they have experienced living in different states due to an extensive Military Career. In 2009, their family retired with 21 and 1/2 years of Military service and returned back to their hometown of Elsa, TX where they both graduated from. They are proud parents to three young men and three grandchildren. She also serves as a VFW Auxiliary Vice President and enjoys spending time helping our Veterans. 

Rosie Zamora is a financial specialist for Employee Retirement Services, LLC. She joined our team in 2019 with wide-range experiences in Customer Service, including almost twenty years as a Customer Engineer, she has easily made the transition to educate others on meeting their financial goals. She is a certified 403b/457 Agent advisor that takes pride in each client and works with them towards customized financial independence.

Rosie received an Associates from Computer Learning Center in Network Management in 2002 and furthered her education attending DeVry University earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Telecommunication Management in 2004. She’s attained several other certifications including Cisco, CCT Routing and Switching and now her Life, Accident, Health and HMO license. Since obtaining her Life, Accident, Health and HMO license Rosie has been passionate on helping her clients understand the benefits of having Life and Health insurance. It has also become her mission to educate her clients understand their retirement benefits, build a risk-free financial investment portfolio, and enroll qualified clients in Medicare amongst several other specializations. 

Rosie has resided in Harlingen since 2011 after moving back to the RGV from Dallas, Tx. She has been married to her husband Marc Zamora for almost 25 years and together have raised two wonderful kids. Her daughter is enrolled at UTRGV and pursing a degree in Marine Biology while her son is currently a student at Harlingen South. They have instilled old fashion values and above all have taught their kids to always put God first.

Although Cindy has been with Employee Retirement Services “ERS” for a short period of time, she was introduced to the insurance industry at the age of 18. Three years later in May of 2009, Cindy became licensed in Life & Health while working at a local insurance agency in Rio Grande City. 

Cindy now holds her state of Texas Resident Life & Health License. She is specialized in group health and voluntary benefits since then.

In early 2009, Cindy became the owner of a tax preparation firm out of Rio Grande City and continues to expand her business portfolio and build her cliental over the course of her career. 

In May of 2019, Cindy decided to immerse herself in the retirement business as she sees the need in her local community of Starr County and surrounding areas to educate people in the importance of preparing and saving for their future. She is very excited about what the future holds and the difference she will make in numerous lives alongside the ERS Team. 

Xenia “Yvette” Alaniz is a financial planner for Employee Retirement Services, L.L.C. since 2021. Since then, she has made it a personal goal to help and serve her clients plan for their retirement days. Yvette is a certified 403b/457 financial planner.

Prior to joining Employee Retirement Services, LLC, Yvette managed two offices for a criminal and real estate attorney. This gave Yvette experience to assist clients’ financial needs and solve issues in the legal realm. She also has an extensive background in Customer Service, Notary Loan Signing, and the Health Insurance Industry.

Yvette brings her combined knowledge to make educated decisions and innovative financial strategies to better manage and plan a fund nest egg for retirement benefits.
